Bookings will be taken up until Midnight the day before.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations to issue a refund. Any cancellations within the 48 hour window will not be subject to a refund.

Please email all cancellations to info@knlchildcare.co.uk and include the name of the child and the dates/times of sessions you would like to cancel.

All refunds for online payments will be issued via the app to your original payment method.

All refunds for Tax Free Childcare payments will be held on the account as credit to your next invoice.
